How does money reach the society's bank account?
Payments are processed through your society's registered bank account via Razorpay/PayU. Funds are settled directly to your society's account within T+1 business days. MaintenancePay never holds your money.
How is pricing calculated for my society?
Pricing is simple and per-flat: ₹30/flat/month for societies up to 50 flats, ₹25/flat/month for 50–500 flats, and ₹20/flat/month for 500–5,000 flats. The rate automatically drops as your society size grows - no manual negotiation needed.
Is our data safe? What about privacy?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. Resident data is never shared or sold. We are compliant with India's IT Act and data protection guidelines.
Can we manage multiple societies under one account?

What happens if a resident disputes a charge?
The committee admin can view full payment history, adjust charges with notes, and issue credit adjustments directly from the dashboard. Every change is logged for audit trail. Residents receive updated receipts instantly.

Is there a transaction fee per payment?
There is a standard payment gateway processing fee of 1.5%–2% per transaction (industry standard, charged by Razorpay/PayU). You can choose to absorb this or pass it on to residents as a convenience fee. Your per-flat subscription covers all platform features.
