Go to the "Residents" tab. You can download our standard Excel template, fill in your flat numbers, resident names, and phone numbers, and upload it back. Our CS team is also available to import this for you.
Define your monthly/quarterly maintenance amounts. Then link your society bank account. Our integration partner will verify the account (via Razorpay/PayU) so that settlements go straight to your bank.
Once approved, click "Generate Bills". Residents will instantly receive billing links via WhatsApp and SMS, allowing them to pay directly via UPI, NetBanking, or Cards.
