This policy outlines the rules governing refunds and cancellations for subscriptions to MaintenancePay and transactions processed through the platform.
We offer a 30-day free trial for all our subscription plans (Starter, Growth). No credit card details are required during the trial. Once the trial ends, payments are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions are non-refundable once billed.
If a resident makes a duplicate payment or pays an incorrect amount, the refund must be initiated and approved by the housing society's committee administrator. MaintenancePay facilitates the technical refund process back to the original source, but the society committee holds final approval and responsibility for the funds.
Once approved by the society, transaction refunds are typically processed by our payment gateway partners (Razorpay/PayU) and credited back to the resident's original account (bank/UPI/card) within 5-7 business days.
